Our client, an emerging Opportunistic Value/Special Situations Fund located in FiDi, would like to hire an experienced investment analyst who has a passion for investing. The fund focuses on opportunistic, value-oriented investing across the capital structure with a bias towards equity. The fund has partnered with top quality consultants to provide investors with outstanding documentation and high-quality operations. The founder would like to hire an investment analyst with 3-10 years of investing experience. Experience with special situations, credit, and private investments are pluses. The analyst should be adept at in-depth due diligence, complex analysis, and risk evaluation. Strong written and spoken communications skills are important for success in the role. The analyst will work closely with the founder to build a top-quality investment manager that delivers positive returns from both long and short positions. The analyst should have an entrepreneurial character and the ability to work independently with an eye to investment returns. Target salary: $150,000-$175,000+ incentive in the GP.
