100. Credit and Equity Analyst, Distressed Fund

This Midtown-based distressed investment fund takes concentrated positions in distressed credit and equity using both legal and financial due diligence. The fund would like to hire a detail oriented and intellectually curious Analyst with 1.5-5 years of total experience. For those with 1.5 years of experience, an investment banking program is required. Analysts with 2-5 years of experience may come from a variety of backgrounds including distressed credit investing, private debt investing, public credit investing, or distressed for control. They are also willing to train an Associate from a Restructuring Advisory investment banking team. A background that includes a two-year analyst program is a plus. All candidates should have strong financial modeling and accounting as well as critical reading skills. This is a career track position with the opportunity for equity participation over the longer term. Salary is $150,000-225,000 + bonus.
