Kate Stoughton Berliner joined Robin Judson Partners in 2022 to establish a Boston office for the firm. With a wealth of contacts and experience in a wide range of companies and industries, Kate expands both our geographical and sector reach. Kate earned her MBA from Harvard University and graduated magna cum laude from Brown University, where she is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Prior to joining RJP, Kate played a central role in the development, national launch, and continued growth of CVS Health’s CarePass loyalty subscription program, with a focus on financials and staffing.

Kate also brings experience in product and customer lifecycle management from American Express. In the equity research department of Morgan Stanley and in private equity at Bain & Company, Kate’s work included projects in the healthcare, retail, and financial services industries.

Kate is a member of 100 Women in Finance and an active alumna of Harvard Business School. She led the Harvard Business School recruiting team at American Express. Kate loves professional development and coaching, travel, and logic puzzles.
