Robin Judson is considered the ultimate authority on professional recruiting in the financial services industry. Throughout her career, Robin has been a trusted advisor to hundreds of hedge funds, private equity and debt firms, investment banks, real estate funds, asset management firms, and other Wall Street businesses.

With a wealth of knowledge across a broad range of disciplines, Robin has enjoyed a long track record of success in placing banking and investment professionals at all levels, from junior analyst to portfolio manager.

Robin started her recruiting career at Smith Hanley Associates and served as a long-time partner before establishing RJP. Prior to recruiting, Robin was a transportation industry analyst at Merrill Lynch where she advised the firm’s senior management and its Equity Research and Investment Banking Groups. Robin earned a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College. Robin belongs to 100 Women in Finance and the Financial Women’s Association. She was a founding member of both Impact 100 Westchester and Impact 100 New York City where she remains a member.
